What is the quietest cat-back for 03/04 Cobra? I just put down 404rwhp with just a K&N FIPK and I’m ready for a cat back. Had a centrifugally blown 5.0 when younger with off-roads and MAC, and that was way too much.

Is the “old man” Borla non-stingers the quietest? I’m keeping the cats, just want max power with minimum additional noise.

thanks, i've also heard it's quiet but stamped with "off road use only" and that could be a pain in CA smog checks

The FR500 is the quietest non stock catback you can have. It has an additional X in it to help with drone. I ran the FR500 for a year before i got a maggy catted X to replace the stock H-Pipe. Even now its still rediculously quiet but it rumbles when you really get on it.

Who you callin' an old man? j/k, that would be the Borla 14858,
which is very similar to the Steeda catback in construction/sound
(both by Borla). It's definitely quieter than the Magnaflows, which I had before.
