High Tension.
+1

I can't believe no one has seen this movie! I loved loved loved it! It takes a lot to scare me.....and this film was badass to say the least. I think it is because it just caught me so off guard. A guy shows up, and randomly kills a farmhouse family including a lesbian couple. (Sounds like a bad porno, I know). There's a great twist at the end. I recommend it!

DELIVERANCE and i remember being afraid of bathtubs and pools for a while after jaws when i was around 6.

Blair Witch Project - Watched when i was nine with my buddy at night when his parents were out. scary as ****. havent watched it again but i most definitely wouldnt me now.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre - snuck into the movie with my buddy when we were 12. the footage really messed with my head for a while i still get chills when i rewatch the movie the same night. people are really screwed up in the head.

The Strangers - i forgot that i watched this with my GF but this definitely is one of the most ****ed up and underrated movies i have seen.

The Hills Have Eyes - really messed with me the first two times i saw it not so much because of the scenes but the people in the town. i wonder when someone will make a chernobyl movie.

i want to see the 4th kind, exorcist, high tension, and event horizon now.

No movie has ever scared me because unfortunately as far back as I can remember, I only pay attention to how they made the movie and designed the scenes. That's why I've never really watched movies or TV. The real scary shit for me was always thinking tornadoes were going to get me or aliens when I was still in the single digits. That's about it.
