What is this and where to get?

Hey, went and checked out the '99 cobra I'm going to be picking up later this week and noticed there's a tube that runs from the Pass. Side valve cover to the air intake. Problem is, where it connects to the air intake, the inlet on the air intake is broken. I'm trying to find out what this piece is and where I can get a replacement.

Its part of the EGR system...you can find one at ford most likely, or do a search here for the breather mod and do that instead.
