Hey all found this with a very slow leak. What are these parts?

I am trying to line them up on rockauto but can't figure it out.

Sorry, I was trying to get the link to the picture. It should be up now.

It is Coolant leak. I believe this is the return the water pump? but not sure what parts replace the whole line.

That's the supply for the heater core, it's probably leaking from the rubber hose. The later blocks have a nipple with o-rings that slides on, but we have a rubber hose connection onto a fixed nipple with the Teksid blocks.
