What should I pay for a cobra with blown motor?

Hey guys, looking into buying a 2003 cobra with 20k miles. The car has lost all compression in # 7 and # 8. It looks pretty clean needs a couple cosmetic pieces. What do you think I should pay for this ? Thanks !

I was thinking 12-13 givin the low miles. But the motor has not been opened up so I don't know the extent of the damage.

Well the miles dont matter THAT much if the motors blown right?

I suppose not until it's all perfect again. Which I'm going to have to put probably 8 k into it or more. Maybe I'll offer him 11?

color?, coupe/vert? things like that can have an effect. I'd say 10-12k if the rest of the car is 20,XXX mile quality.

Coupe, no stereo, silver, I just looked again actually has around 14k miles I looked at it wrong somehow.

I'm still around 10K its not cheap to rebuild especially if you dont have the knowledge or place to do it, ask me how I know!
