Is it metric ? My dumb azz managed to strip the first thread in the snout when i was pulling my RR pulley off. Now i want to put my stocker back on and i cant start the thread to press my pulley back on because the beginning of the thread is pushed in a little bit. I just need to run a tap through it to clean it up but i have no idea what size it is in there. Can any of you eaton gurus tell me what it is? I thought it was 5/16 24 but now i am starting to think it may be metric? Just want to know so i can get whatever size i need tomorrow at work. Thanks!
What size is the thread inside a stock eaton snout??

yeah i may do that but ifigured one of the eaton wizards on here would know this one. 
8mm x 1.25 I think ..
