What tire pressure do you all use for stock tires?

I'm headed out to the track tomorrow and have used both the 40psi that it says on the sidewall, and 24 psi. I liked 24 much better of course, however I am wondering what the best pressure to use is? Both for track and daily driving...

On the street I use 32 psi front & rear.
