What tires are you running on your fr500 deepset wheels?

What tires are you running on your fr500 deepset wheels?

What size and brand is what i am trying to find out.

DId you have to use spacers?


I wanted to run Nitto 555 tires, but it looks like the minimum size they need to be is a 295.

I searched around on the site and my understanding is that the BFGoodrich tires run wider than the Nittos.

Seems a few more people are posting and asking the same questions these are the answer I found so far.

285/35/18 and 265/35/18

18x9F 275/35/18
18x10R 295/35/18

I ordered mine today from mustangtuning.com and talked to one of their guys on the phone. I ordered Deep Dish 18x10s (Anthracite) for the rear and 18x9s for the front. I asked him about 315/30/18 on the rears and he said no problem. No spacers no nothing. Said I was going to run 275/35/18 on the front and he said no problem at all and I could even go with 285.

Long story short, he said they've sold a ton (hence the 1-2 week back order) and the set-up above seems to be the most popular.

Awesome, I just got my Heat Exchanger yesterday, and I really want to drop the car.

I am trying to make up my mind, I think I might drop it first.

Let me know how it turns out. I am probably going to go with the black fr500s too.
