What will it take to beat my friend's 2002 SS Camaro? He has some bolt ons and runs mid 12s! I am in the market for a 04 Black or Silver Cobra with around 15,000 miles, no mods or mildly modded! Looking to spend around $23,000 to $25,000!

for 23-25k you can either find a mid mileage modified cobra, or a stock low mileage cobra... you might even be able to find a whippled or KB Cobra...

I would say to beat him you would need a 2.76/2.81 upper pulley, exhaust, intake, and a good tune...

Stock cobras *could* run mid 12's. Intake/exhaust will get you there for sure. Throw in a pully and you should win every time (assuming you're a better driver)

Agreed. Pulley and a tune and you should never see his rear bumper.
