What would it take to get 700hp without turbos

I plan on buying a termi soon and cant decide if I want to find one that has a KB or Whipple and spray it to get the 700 or do I buy a stock one and put a 3.4 Whipple or a KB mammoth. what would you guys do that have lots of experience with these cars.

this or 3.4L Whipple.

and lotsa fuel mods and a great tuner if you want it to last long. E85 if available would also be a benefit.
