What would this C6 make???

Does anyone know about how much would a C6 vette with a cam, headers, exhaust, intake and 100 shot of nitrous would make?
I raced him and he was ahead of me by like a 1/2 a car...
I just thought with all of that he wouldve been a lot further ahead...
We are going to race again tonight because I spun like crazy last time and this time I will get it on tape...

cam and headers should put him at 450rwhp with the LS2 assuming he has a decent sized cam eith supporting mods and a good tune, on the bottle that car should really haul ass, they don't weight much. Did yall race from a dig? Maybe he didnt have tires, but a 500+rwhp C6should lay down a pretty massive whooping on a 415rwhp GT, but nice run eitherway.

Most cam/exhaust only C6s around here are hitting 380-390 rwhp...I've only seen 2 or 3 though.

I don't know what kinda cam/exhaust C6's your seeing buy my cam/bolt-on SS did 401rwhp with the stock pos ls1 intake, stock TB, and stock pulleys. I don't see any reason a 6.0L LS2 would put down less. Anyhow, like I said a well set-up cammed C6 will do in the area of 430-450rwhp. He should have been able to pull you pretty hard on motor with no nitrous.

I thought it should haulass to but it was only half a car up...
He had tires, 335-30-18 Drags and the take off is the only spot he pulled any and thats cause I spun :shrug: ...

He could have a shitty tune, bolt-on and tuned C6's are trapping as high as 119.

I know he has nitrous cause I saw it after the race thats when he told me he had it and said it was a 100 shot... It sounded good as hell idle driving and while racing...:shrug:

I wouldn't say bolt on C6's run 120+ easy, considering 119 is the highest time on the forums. Seems to take FI or cam to get over 120.

eitherway a cammed C6 should be able to outrun his saleen

cammed doesnt just mean one thing. A baby cam that passes smog could give 15whp. A cam in the 235/245 duration with .600 lift could give 90 whp...
LS2 is great motor but gains arent all different from a
LS1/6

Was the C6 an auto or manual? Could make a slight difference. My C6 (mn6) made 396/383 SAE with headers, cai, 1.85 rockers, tune, cat-back and stock heads/cam. The cai and cat-back made no extra power over stock, judging by my 1/8th mile times. From what I've seen, with heads and cam, I've seen anywhere from 420-480rwhp, depending on cam size. At least one C6 owner posted 450rwhp/420rwtq with stock heads and an aggressive cam. With a hundred shot and in a car that weighs 3200lbs, it's going to be quick. Recently, an auto C6 with ET streets and a 150 shot posted a time of 11.4@121. A heads/cam car should at least run a higher mph.
