It’s always grilling season here
I grill year 'round too. The grill is in the garage and I just open the door.

I went over to a buddies house after the car show today. His wife is a legit gourmet cook. We had steak and burgers on the grill, bbq beans, roasted Yukon Golds in a butter sauce, and a salad of mixed greens with strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, little sharp cheddar cheese cubes and a dressing made of olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, and a squeeze of lemon juice. It was fantastical.

We had pork shoulder roast. Seared in the ban with butah and onions. Then wrapped in thin metal and bbq till done.

Side was fries and some cut up veggies.
