Chikfila Spicy Sandwich meal with a fatto size Sweet Tea.
Took my friend out to lunch (ex GF, still keep in touch) and had some WonTon soup and egg rolls. Had some chicken curry at work someone made for me.
Panera is my curse. 1/2 Caesar, 1/2 broccoli n cheddar w/ baguette at least once a week for me.

Tried the new McDonald's whole wheat egg white mcmuffin with canadian bacon. Held the cheese and butter. Actually pretty decent and didn't feel like hurting myself later.
