whats is the REAL diameter of the stock lower pulley?

ive looked all over the forums i get mixed info

the pulley work sheet has it at 7.375
brian hill terminator has it at 7 5/8 which is 7.625

these two figures i see more than any others. but what really is the diameter of the stock lower pulley?

I just measured mine which is sitting here. It is 7.625" OD measuring the outer rim. This is not the significant diameter dimension however. To make calculations, you need the pitch diameter which is somewhere between the outer diameter of the belt and inner diameter of the ridges of the belt when wrapped around the pulley. This would be somewhere between 7.38" and 7.5".
