I'm looking at a 2003 Mach 1 with 80k miles. They're asking $11995.00

It has a Borla CB, Catted MP, CAI ( looks kinda like a JLT ) DD Bullitts, and a Short Shifter...

Here are some pics:

The engine bay was pretty dirty and there is a rip on the drivers seat bolstering. There was a rock chip or two. The steering made a slight noise when turned all the way in one direction.

This is at a dealer I was gonna shoot for $10,500.00 OTD.

i'm in the same boat as you, i'm looking at a mach 1 with 11 miles (24 000 kilo) with a procharger. but the car has been hit on the rear bumper, repaires where made and the seller tells me it looks like new (im going to see it tomorrow)

hes asking 15k for it. of corse im gonna try to bring it down a little. Just to give you an idea, i posted on a few mach 1 forums, some people are saying it's a pretty good buy and some are saying im getting ripped off...

to be honest its up to you! every used car is like rolling a pair of dice.

im in canada btw

GOOD LUCK!

32 views and not one post of insight...thanks for the help lol

Lol! It happened to me too.

Looks good, not a fan of the blackened headlights, but for the mods and miles $10,500 wouldn't be bad. Try for $10,000 first. Most dealers have a 2-3,000 mark up on price. Also if you didn't already, check the carfax and see if the dealer added or fixed anything on the car. Good luck!

I don't think 11,995 is too terrible. I would try and get them down to 10,500 out the door.

I always ask for a car fax even though they can still miss things.

I used to sell cars so I know the tricks lol

If I buy it that's the first thing ill be changing. They're putting new tires on it as well.

I figure they took it in for 8-8500. I want it for 10-11k out the door. That gives us both a good deal.

Yea $10,500 seems to be my ceiling.
