What's the best way to change a roush pulley?

Yeah that's exactly how it felt. Worst was I constantly feared that I'd either break it or the socket would come off while I'm literally pressing on it with my entire body. It'd eventually cost me a few broken fingers to get that extra boost. I will go to the dealer tomorrow to get it done. Hopefully they have a monster sized bar in their inventory.

good video but that tensioner is a joke man. You need to place two fat elephants on a rachet to move Roush tensioner. but i get the idea and now see how it works. thanks!!

A breaker bar is your friend! I couldn't move mine with a ratchet so I broke out the breaker bar!
