Whats the differnece btw 99 & 03

Im not sure if this is the right place to ask, but what is the difference between the 99 and 03 cobra engine, besides the supercharger.

We have an aluminum block, they have cast iron, they have forged internals, we have sh*tty ones, they have 8.5:1 cr we have 9.85:1. Different heads, cams. I'm sure theres more, but those are the basic I think.

99 Cobra = 28 spline halfshafts
03 Cobra = 31 spline halfshafts(along with the 01s)

03/04's also have suede seats(01's do too but are different) versus the 99's all leather. 6 speed T56 transmission is another one no one has brought up yet.

Theres many more differences than the ones that were brought up but he was just talking about the engine.

well, I am using a warp core drive to substitute for the flux capacitor.....but there are more differences, the 03-04 half shafts are stronger then the 03-04 models
the 03-04 have an IRS brace if I remember correctly.
wheels are different, gauges are different the cobra got a boost gauge and lost the volt gauge I believe.
the hood, the front bumper, the rear bumper says cobra on the 01 03 04, says mustang on the 99, tail lights are different, headlights are smoked, mirror's are different. side skirts are different, shift knob is different, e brake handle is different, stereo panel is different, rear spoiler is different, side scoops are different, I believe the steering wheels changed too. as well as the other info stated above.

I have a 99 motor, but I dont think it came with the flux cap.
Know where I could pick one up? :lol1:
