So I've been shopping for an 03-04 pretty hard for a few weeks now. I believe I have a pretty good handle on what they're selling for, but I'm curious what you guys think of this one.
It's local to me which is nice. Most I've come across aren't nearby.

Clean CarFax, this guy is the 5th owner. The original owner had it almost 8 years and the 4th owner had it 5 years and had all the work done on the car.

Supposed to be perfect aside from some stone chips on the hood and bumper.
We discussed the price a little and he said he would take $23,000 for it. Based on what I've been seeing I'm thinking this is more in the $21,000 range, but I'm not an expert on these cars either.
