What's your take on these dyno numbers?

I know mustang dynos are different, but this horsepower number seems low, and the torque number seems high.

Magnaflow xpipe / catback, jlt intake, 2.76 upper pulley, and a tune.

Those were known for making 380 at the tire, bone stock (on a dynojet)

I would have expected closer to 450 with those mods, but also would have expected torque to be only a little higher, nowhere near 540

That seems really off to me, my stock cobra dyno’d like 376 or so I want to say. This was a few years back. With those similar mods it should make 440-450 depending on DA, weather, and dyno.

@03cobra#694 I believe it has a set of aftermarket idlers, but I don't think it has a snub idler(??) pics added if you can tell

But yea, that immediate spike in torque, and the overall low horsepower number, makes me think that the belt is slipping under load.

I think I need a new green belt in the least.

I was warned this mustang dyno would be low. Add 15% and this would measure into the mid 400s

Skip the green belt. Go with a normal black style. I'm going to assume you don't have an aftermarket boost gauge. Were you there when the car was dynoed?
