Wheel fitment question

I'm currently running 00R wheels and have an opportunity to buy 17x9.5+18 Enkei RPF1s. Can anyone tell me if that fitment will work with my IRS Mach 1? Going from heavy 00Rs to light RPFs would be great.

I realize this isn't strictly open track related but this forum has 90% of SVTPs tech knowledge contained within it.

I run 18x9.5 +45 with a 25mm spacer on my 96 sra cobra. So it equals 18x9.5 + 20, I rub only on full lock on the sway bar and control arm.
