Wheels butterfly why?

Just installed a qa1 k-member and my front wheels butterfly. Should I buy the A-arms or is an alignment good enough? Any one ever had this problem?

you need an alignment

Mine does the same thing im gonna get it aligned tommorow. I will tell you if it helps.
