Where is the fog light ground for a 2003 Cobra

I've been trying to sort out some issues with an 03 Cobra I bought. I've been trying to track down a problem with the fog lights. The drivers side works fine, I verified 12v at the plug w/ a voltmeter on the pass side but the ground is no good. The wiring from the plug is fine going into the harness but I have no idea where the ground terminates. I've searched google for a diagram but haven't had any success. Can anyone shed any light on this?

In the ford manual it is G103 but I cant find the location of G103. The manual says see page 10-1 but I cant find page 10-1 in the manual.
