Where to find an aftermarket tob retainer sleeve?

Where!? I've looked EVERYWHERE and Ive been emailing all these vendors with zero success.. I absolutely need an aftermarket one, I refuse to put a stock one in my car since it already broke.

Where is the best place to get one?
