Where to rent fender rolling tools?

Hey y'all.

Got my 18" Bullitts on the Mark VIII now but I have a slight tire rub with the rear fender lip.

Wondering if there is a place I can rent the rolling tools or a body shop that is not too expensive? I don't need that much done, maybe a good 1/4".
