Which hoods will fit the 3.6 with no motor mouts or k member spacers, if any?

Anyone know which hoods FOR SURE let you skip the spacing? Are there any?

The supersnake hood or the Shelby 1000 hood should clear no problem, but it's really not that hard to swap the KB motor mounts in.

The Shelby Super Snake hood is supposed to clear it. But the problem with those hoods quality comes into play. If you retain the stock motor mounts KB wants at least 3/8" gap between the hood and SC when the hood is closed for clearance. Please remember as you get on the throttle the left side of the engine will raise up on the stock mounts a considerable amount. Unfortunately with the SS hood the 3/8" air gap isn't a given with the SS hood all the time. So until you have the SS hood and the 3.6L SC on the car. You can't measure the clearance gap between the top of the SC and the bottom of the hood with molding clay. If it comes up too small then you have to drop the engine.

The only hoods that I know of that will clear with the stock motor mounts are the tall cowl induction style hoods
