Which oil is everybody using now days?

Doing an oil change this weekend and just curious to what everybody is using these days? Pro/Conds to anything?

I was using Mobil 1 but thought about switching to Royal Purple...also, how many quarts should I use?

Not to h/j the thread, but has anyone used eneos oil? Its supposedly a very high quality synthetic from japan. I know a couple import guys swear by it. Just wanted to see what anyone thinks.
