Better as a stock replacement or performance wise??
The Mark 8 manifolds have difference mid-pipe flanges, so they wont work with a Mustang setup.

of the 2 which is a better one. One is cast iron and the other is welded stainless. Both seem to be able to bolt up to my current exhaust.
The cobra manifolds are better than the Mark 8 ones in terms of Performance.
Dang your right. I just noticed that. I wanted to use the lighter one, but ol well
long tubes would be nice, but they was not a option in the question.
well since I am at a stand still till my Flywheel comes in. Got to ask, is it worth it to mess with taking off the EGR system? My car would be a daily driver and maybe 1st a year road open track day car. I dont want any drive ablity issues if I pull that stuff off.
Read a few post on doing it, seems simple but not sure of the fine points. Since my engine is setting on a stand I can get to EVERYTHING easy.

I removed my EGR and zero problems yet.
Well the engine is back in car and I aint fooling around with the EGR now.
