I have the JLT RAI and it keeps the shaker functional, but if I could do it again I wouldn't get it. It's nice and improved my gas mileage and looks nice but it rubs my hood and I'm not sure if it's my intake spacer or the intake but now my shaker doesn't shake like it used to because of the clearance issues. It's very sad.
Get a nice set of cams to fix that

I'm going with a Torch Red JLT RAI and not installing the shield or shaker attachment.
JLT looks good and has good gains.
That choice was made for me, there was a K&N on my car when I got it. I've been happy with it though.
i have the rai and love it... a tailight out is a great way to make it a functional cai too lol.. as for the shaking issue it was the intake spacer..
