Which Pulley for TVS?

Planning to order my blower today and was curious if I need to get the 2.5 or 2.6 pulley.

Goal is 700HP, full bolt on with E-85 return system, ID 1050x injectors.

This is correct. I have a 2.6 upper only. I generally see 21lbs and I have headers.
