Getting lethal's forged retainer sleeve, ford racing pilot bearing, and doing the head cooling mod, was wondering which TOB to use, the ford racing HD one, or the OEM one?
I used the more expensive Ford Racing HD TOB, then I had to replace it again 2 days later, wtf?
I pondered back and forth between the cheaper OEM one versus the Ford Racing HD TOB,
Gave the Ford Racing HD TOB another shot, couldn't be happier...
Ford Racing HD for the win. I put one in with my Spec 3+ and 3K miles later it's still working well. No noise and no chatter. Of course I have the LDC spring and have adjusted it so it only spins when pressure is put on the clutch pedal otherwise it does NOT spin.
