Looking at making 650 RWHP.

Your not gonna get at that power level on pump gas. Do you plan on running Torco, E-85 or race gas?

Did you even bother looking .. the 2.3 boost levels and pulley combos have been discussed a million times .. to make 650rwhp you will have to boost it over 20lbs and you may wanna think about a different fuel than just pump

Sorry didn't check but thought I could hear it first hand.

Ok your looking at 20lbs of boost. With all the supporting mods like full exhaust, upgraded fuel system, MAF, CAI/RAI, and single blade TB your looking at about 630 give or take with at least torco and pump gas.

if it's not a daily, and you have E85 anywhere in the vicinity....don't even mess around. Go straight for the corn. Not only will it out "peak" a pump 93 setup...the mid and low range gains will be exponentially stronger. 93 is a joke in comparison

I run 16.7 psi and 19.5º of timing on E85 (3.5" & 4lb lower) and made 657 rwhp easily....raise the boost a couple psi, increase the timing to 22-23º and 700 rwhp is there. If I had a do over, I would have bought the 2.9 and called it good. You will need at least 80's, two big pumps, and the obvious supporting mods.

Thanks changing to a single blade throttle body and high boost jlt in next few months

Oh wow that's even with a twin blade lol. With a single and new intake it should be a nice pick up in power. Post up the results when you get it done.
