whipple 2.3 max boost?

The Whipple 2.3, where does it max out at? If I'm running 13ish lbs will that be the max this thing can flow? I've heard different things.

You're not even close to maxing it out at 13 pounds. 18-19+

What do you think I'll make on a built livernois 5.3 block with long tubes, cobra jet single blade, JMS BAP, JLT big air, no cats, and a borla s type on a 3.0 pulley on a jet? I wonder if the belt will slip on the 3.0 pulley.

I'm running 2.3 Roush TVS with 75mm pulley = 2.95 inches, with Metco idler pulleys with no belt slip at all

I will be on stock idler pulley however.
