whipple S/C hesitation issues

I have the same hesitation issue with the whipple that I had with the Eaton. Has anyone with a whipple that had this corrected in the tune?. My tuner will adjust the tables for me but it did not cure the problem with my eaton the first time so I do not know if it will on the whipple as well. Let me know thanks.

Elaborate more on the hesitation, when does it occur. What fuel upgrades do you have? Exhaust upgrades? Tune info A/F Timing settings? What plugs? Boost??

I have the usual upgrades 60lb inj, mafia, sct xcal2, fipk, 3.0 pulley, bap set at 30%, prochamber, magnaflows, the af ratio is 11.6 with a max of 18 degrees of timing, the hesitation comes in between 2-3 quick shifts. I also have thr tr6 plugs gapped at 32.
