I'm getting 5.0 fever just like everyone else, I think it's time to put the vert for sale and see what I can get together towards a new car.
Where to start....
I bought the car 2 years ago exactly. It was 100% bone stock when I bought it with 39,xxx miles on it. Carfax/Autocheck indicate odometer clerical error/roll back(very common). Mileage is 100% Guaranteed correct.
Just rolled 68,000 miles yesterday.
The car runs and drives great! No problems whatsoever! No funny noises or lights in the dash. I would NOT hesitate to drive this car across the country with the A/C blowing ice cold.
The motor has about 3,000 miles on it, it was installed right at 65,xxx miles. I bought the short block from G.I JOE, who had it built by Mike of Modular performance prior to him passing away.
The Long block was assembled using all new chains, guides, springs, retainers, lash adjusters, seals, etc. I have receipts for the motor as well.

The Good:
Car runs and drives like a stock car. Other than the power and nasty exhaust note, you would think you were driving a stock car.
You cannot build this car for anywhere close to my asking price
The Bad:
Paint has some very light scratches, 99% of which will buff out.
Hood has a 1 1/2" Chip right in the center where the belt shredded and hit the hood from the bottom. If this is a deal breaker, I can have the hood repainted.
I am asking $24,500 OBO. If you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact me and we can work something out. To sweeten the deal, I will include a TR6060 Transmission with a brand new shifter/knob/shift knob/GT500 Driveshaft ready to install, just need a 26 spline clutch disc.
The car has never been dyno'd or taken to the track since the new motor was installed.
Estimated power is 6XX WHP and feels like every bit of it. This car is a BLAST to drive!
I have several stock parts for the car if the buyer is interested. I will also let you have your choice of red or black leather, I have both and can install whichever the buyer chooses.
