Who sells Nitrous Express??

I've got a buddy that wants a Nitrous Express Part # 60001 or a 60011.
The first place I tried wanted $669.00 for the 60001, and $729.00 for the 60011. Seems kinda high to me. Where are you guys getting your NX kits from?
