Wow, dude screwed up a great thing for himself and his family. Now he can look forward to joining Richard Hatch on the "Tax Survivor" commercial circuit in 4 years or so when they actually let him out.
Assuming the company will carry on, probably as part of a different entity?
From what I can gather, it already is the new entity. It seems it was sold out of bankruptcy a while back to some prior employees including Knoll's ex-wife. I just bought some Accelerator from the company's HQ in Arizona.

I asked them that last week. It's two years.
Remember, if you buy it now it's fresh new stuff. They've been in business under new ownership for about two years.
