I'll tell you why...

I've had a set of Doug's black pullies, idlers, and bracket for over three
years now. They have seen major abuse, Michigan winters, severe belt
dust, etc so they were beat up nicely...at no fault of Dougs. These
were the soft anodized version. They're now hard anodized I'm told.

Out of the blue, Doug posted this:

Dan, I got something for you... can you run your car down here this afternoon?

I didn't prompt this or ask Doug for anything. He simply invited me over
to his shop and swapped out all 4 idlers, including the new snub bracket,
100% free of charge. He even offered up a Guiness. Sadly, I had to decline
since I was on the way to the gym. :D

Forgive the poor quality pics and the dirty car...she's no garage queen.

So why Billetflow? Top notch products and over-the-top customer service
are certainly a few good reasons.

Thanks Doug!

I had Doug's pulleys. I really can't remember how long I've had them. I just swapped them out this weekend for a set of RR pullies (relax Doug) cause I didn't have time to order the billetflow pullies and the shop had the RR's on the shelf. I had to have it done asap, with no down time to speak of. I've never had any issues with Doug's pulleys. They performed awesome. It just got to the point where most of the black paint was gone. I'd say they were over 3 years old. So it was a bling factor more than anything. Doug's stuff is top of the line. I hope a BF TB is in my future, sooner than later... ........

Yeah Billetflow stuff just plan works. I have the older "soft" pulleys and they have faded a bit but still work / spin freely like the day I got them....now I need to get one for my KB :D

Doug "only" replaced the idlers and bracket. The funny thing is that he gave me
the 2.76 upper in the pic as well over a year ago. It was a blemished part.
His idea of a blemished part is damned near perfect in my eyes.
