99-04 SVT Lightnings are supported in HP Tuners now. 1 credit ($50) to license one.
This includes Harley trucks as well.
If you have an MPVI2, you can read and write... logging may work, but probably not well.
MPVI3 will read, write, and log flawlessly. You will have to request EEC-V special firmware for your MPVI3 though, as the firmware that fixes the scanning issues is not in the current release.
