I think she is making fun of her own kind, her ebonics doesn't sound natural.

But growing up in Memphis, I can say that it is a fact that many african-americans (being polite) think exactly this way.

In days following the election rude things were done to me with the following justification: "I can do wut I want cuz we got a black president now!"

I actually think she is making fun of people who stereotype Obama supporters.
