widen rear fenders?

I'm really wanting to get a set of projekt k3 wheels. The only thing stopping me is their available setups. The closet setup I can get to work with a 13 gt in the back (for what I want) is a 20x11 rear wheel with a 5" lip and only +25 et

The offset is not enough and I assume the wheel would stick out and with air suspension would not leave a disireable setup.

Would fender rolling solve my issue? Anything else you guys suggest?

*palm to face* any suggestions to make this wheel work without a wide body kit? Or am I just going to have to go with a 20x9 in the back?
