Will 03-04 engine harness work with 99 Cobra?

Long story short, I helped a buddy swap a 03 terminator engine into his 99 Cobra. We used the 99 engine harness. He gave me the 99 NA 4v and 03 harness. I'm using the engine in a resto-mod with a Dunne rite harness, link is below. My question is, can I use the 03 harness with the 99 engine? I was told they are similar besides an extra intake sensor plug. Also if it helps I have both an 03 cobra pcm, and a 99 Cobra PCM.

I don't see why you can't. You should only need the IAT1 sensor since you're not running a blower.

That's what I was thinking. Only reason I'm skeptical is I saw a forum the other day where a guy had an older 4v and bounds a 2001 cobra engine harness and said he had a handful of wrong plugs. If my memory serves he said the trans harness (which wouldn't affect me since I'm running a manual trans) crank senor, maybe another plug...... Maybe if someone has termi swapped a 99 and retained the harness they could shed some light.
