Will I clear 700rwhp?

So currently I have:

2012 GT500
VMP Gen 2
2.40" pulley
127mm CAI
Off-road xpipe
56# injectors

I'm thinking of now adding VMP 67mm TB and fuel pump voltage booster. Will this get me at or above 700rwhp with VMP tune?

Right at it at sea level and good gas (read "not 91")

It's in South Carolina and nothing but 93

I'm right at 700HP with similar mods, here in Dallas. If I wasn't so heat soaked by the end of my remote tuning session with Lund, I think I could have broke 700 with 93 octane.
