Along with a CAI, 2.93 pulley, and programmer should i change to one colder plug as i've heard people do? Denso, NGK or Motorcraft, whats the best choice for my daily driver?

I had to. While on the dyno getting it tuned, we were getting a wicked shimmy around 4500rpm's. Different plugs at a lower gap fixed it!

The NGK TR6's worked out great for me! I have them gapped at .035 for the 2.81 upper. If you get them set the gap at .038 for the 2.93 pulley. Good luck

I did the Denso's when I went with my 2.93. Gapped to .035.
It is highly recommended to go with a hotter plug when doing a pulley swap.

i always thought you were to supposed to go with a COLDER plug, more boost=easier chance of detonation??

Which ever plug you use, be sure to torque them down way beyond the 11 ft. lbs. recomended by Ford. 35 to 45 lbs. I blew an NGK out of #4 that simply vibrated loose. It's a good idea to check the torque on all the plugs as part of regular maintanance.FYI

Be careful over torqueing the plugs. You can strip out the meager threads in the aluminum heads. I torque mine to spec and check them every now and then. None have ever come loose. I use anti-seize lube on them too.
