Will rear o2 sensors work as front o2 sensors?

Lengthened the wires and changed the (purple) rear connectors to (green) front connectors, now I noticed that the sensor element in the front ones are fatter than the rears.

Does anyone know if the rear o2 sensors will work as front o2 sensors?

they will not work right the front ones fire off in the first 30 sec of start up from the heat and thats whats telling the motor rich or lean air/fuel mix so i would get the right ones before you get a big problem, thats why they look different

Where can you buy new O2 sensors that already have the longer wires for long tubes?
