Will S/C 5.4 drop into 97 Stang GT?

What would it take to put a complete 5.4 SC engine in a 97 GT? Is it possible? Would I need a new computer? Would the hood clear the blower? Is the blower interchangable with the 4.5 bottom end?

A guy is willing to sell me a 5.4 complete engine (no accessories such as alternator starter or any of those parts), for $1000. It has about 60,000 miles on it. I am trying to see if I could make any use of it. If I can just transfer parts, or if it would even benefit me at all.


Anyone with accurate info please help me out here. No guessing please.
