Will these speakers fit?

So I'll be installing some component speakers in my car in a few weeks and am wondering if these will fit the front doors and rear panels. I know the diameter won't be a problem but it seems like they may be too deep to fit in the front doors so if anyone has mounted speakers with a similar depth or knows the max depth of speakers that can be installed please chime in... My car is a '98 convertible with the Mach 460 btw...

Also since I am going to be using an after market amp for my interior speakers I am thinking about ripping out all the stock wiring and stock Mach 460 amps... Is there anything I should know about removing the wires or amps? Or is it ok to just go in there and tear shit out? lol...

2-11/16" damn that's still not as deep as the Kappa's but it's close. How much clearance did you have? Did you have any issues with mounting the speakers? Rubbing, altering, etc?
