If I remember correctly, you will need to shave the IRS bolt or use spacers. There might have been a few people that got away with no rubbing, but I think the large majority of them needed spacers.
I have that combo on my Cobra but have the Steeda subframe bushing kit which comes with button head bolts which are flatter for the IRS. I also run a 1/8" spacer for a little extra clearance. My car is lowered too.
