my driver side window is killing me. it rolls up and down fine, but when it gets to the top, it makes a loud clicking noise, sounds like its gonna shatter the glass. I Changed the motor but no luck, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I guess i would check my door alignment to make sure it was not in some type of bind, but i assume that you would be able to tell easily if your door waas out of alignment.
You have probably done this, but put your hear where the noise is, if its in the door obvioulsly its some linkage or blocking of linkage. if its at the top, try checking the weatherstripping to make sure the window is not hitting metal.
