Just wondering if the set up is majorly different? And if I would see a big difference between the 2?
Wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between 03/04 Shocks and 99 shocks

I don't believe the 99 were Bilsteins. As far as the dampening and rebound rates you will need to talk to somebody who has actually had them on a shock dyno like Maximum Motorsports.
