worm clamps on a/c hoses (killer chiller install)

2 out of the 8 a/c clamps that came with my KC kit were bent in a way that it will not hook over itself and clamp.

The other thing is I'm having a hell of a time pinching the good clamps with these concrete nips...(won't hook, just hits the tool)..

So that being said, would worn clamps be ok to use instead of the a/c clamps that were provided?

Not sure on the work clamps, but give Joe a call. I am sure he would send out some replacements.

I modified the tool I had. Had a similar issue that the clamp would hit the tool before clipping onto itself. so I grinded down the inside of the tool to give clearance for the clamp to hook. worked great and really liked the assembly of those lines. I wish fuel lines were that easy.

Aeroquip sells them on thier website too, EZ-clip system. And the price is fairly cheap. Good idea to have a few on-hand, just in case.
